Position Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Marketing to lead and scale our revenue-aligned marketing organization. This leader will be an intricate part of go-to-market strategy, brand positioning, demand generation, enablement, and cross-functional alignment across Sales, Product, and Customer Success. The ideal candidate brings deep SaaS marketing leadership experience, strong analytical and forecasting capabilities, and a proven track record of driving pipeline growth, data analytics and ARR impact.

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy aligned to company growth objectives and revenue targets
  • Set and manage annual pipeline generation and ARR contribution goals
  • Partner in all go-to-market (GTM) strategy across all product lines and market segments
  • Own brand strategy, messaging, and market positioning to strengthen competitive differentiation
  • Oversee marketing budget planning, forecasting, performance tracking, and resource allocation
  • Partner closely with Product leadership on product roadmap alignment, launches, market readiness and enablement
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to improve funnel efficiency, pipeline velocity, and sales enablement
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing organization with clear OKRs and accountability
  • Establish data-driven attribution models and reporting frameworks to measure marketing effectiveness
  • Drive alignment across Sales, Product, and Customer Success to support customer acquisition and retention strategies
  • All other job-related duties as assigned


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing multi-functional teams.
  • Proven experience leading SaaS marketing organizations in high-growth environments
  • Strong understanding of healthcare compliance standards, including HIPAA and HITRUST
  • Expertise in forecasting, attribution modeling, and revenue analytics

Work Environment
