Position Summary

We are seeking a strategic and customer-focused Product Marketing Manager to lead messaging, positioning, competitive intelligence, and go-to-market execution for our product portfolio. This role will serve as the bridge between Product, Sales, and Marketing, ensuring our solutions are effectively positioned for healthcare audiences and successfully launched into the market. The ideal candidate combines strong storytelling skills with deep healthcare industry knowledge and a passion for driving product adoption and revenue growth.

Job Duties

  • Develop compelling messaging and differentiated value propositions for key healthcare personas, including CIOs, CTOs, Clinical Operations leaders, CFOs and Revenue Cycle stakeholders
  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, battle cards, one-pagers, case studies, and product collateral
  • Lead competitive intelligence efforts, including market analysis, competitor monitoring, and strategic positioning recommendations
  • Drive go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution for product launches and feature releases
  • Conduct win/loss analysis to identify market trends, customer insights, and sales opportunities
  • Partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Demand Generation teams to align messaging and market strategy
  • Support field teams with product positioning, customer-facing narratives, and objection handling
  • Develop persona-driven content, including videos, and campaigns that improve customer engagement, sales and product adoption
  • Measure and report on launch performance, content effectiveness, and market impact
  • All other job-related duties as assigned


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, marketing, or a related go-to-market role.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare workflows and stakeholder priorities
  • Strong background in competitive research and market analysis
  • Exceptional storytelling, positioning, and communication skills
  • Experience developing sales enablement content and supporting revenue teams
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional product launch initiatives
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies
