Full Job Description
The Product Growth & Enablement Vice President provides enterprise leadership for commercialization strategy, market growth, and organizational enablement across multiple strategic product portfolios. The role serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, shaping commercialization strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and establishing enterprise-wide enablement frameworks that drive revenue growth and customer adoption.

What you will do
  • Define enterprise commercialization strategies across multiple product portfolios
  • Identify new markets, strategic partnerships, and revenue opportunities
  • Shape go-to-market strategy with Product and Sales leadership
  • Lead commercialization planning for strategic initiatives
  • Advise executive leadership on market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
  • Lead enterprise initiatives spanning multiple business functions
  • Design enterprise enablement frameworks supporting Sales, Client Success, Operations, Marketing, and Relationship Management
  • Establish enterprise messaging standards, commercialization playbooks, and readiness models
  • Develop measurement frameworks demonstrating business outcomes
  • Represent the organization with executive clients and industry partners
  • Build strategic partnerships that expand market reach
  • Mentor senior leaders and influence enterprise priorities
  • Serve as the organization's subject matter expert in Product Growth & Enablement


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • 12+ years of experience in Product Management, Commercialization, Product Marketing, Business Development, Sales Enablement, or related strategic leadership roles
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise commercialization strategies
  • Experience influencing executive stakeholders across complex matrix organizations
  • Exceptional executive communication, strategic planning, and relationship management skills
  • Recognized subject matter expertise in commercialization, product growth, and market enablement

Base Salary Range
$166,900.00 - $242,050.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
