Our client is seeking a hands-on finance leader to oversee accounting, financial reporting, FP&A, treasury, tax, audit, and internal controls while helping scale a growing organization. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership while remaining actively involved in day-to-day finance operations, process improvements, and systems optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial close, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management activities.
- Oversee accounting operations, audits, tax compliance, and internal controls.
- Develop scalable financial processes and improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
- Partner with leadership to deliver financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a finance team of approximately five professionals.
- Collaborate with operational and technology teams to improve financial systems, data integrity, and business performance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
- CPA strongly preferred.
- Experience leading accounting, reporting, audit, tax, and FP&A functions.
- Background in high-volume or operationally complex environments.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
- Prior experience in private equity-backed, investor-backed, or high-growth organizations is a plus.

Compensation: $230,000-260,000Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
