Job Summary:
As a Quant Analytics Manager on the Digital Analytics team you support an extensive portfolio of digital products by using data to provide recommendations that enhance the customer experience and build long term, profitable customer relationships. In this role, you will be the driver of the analytics book of work that is transforming Chase’s cross-channel, cross-line of business strategy to a hyper-personalized, data-driven, customer centric model.
In this role, you99ll lead a high-impact analytics book of work focused onA/B experimentation and causal measurement1from defining the rightOKRs, to designing tests, to translating results into clear recommendations that improveCSAT, engagement, and deepening. You99ll partner closely withProduct, Tech, Design, and Strategyto identify the most valuable customer and channel opportunities, build robust measurement plans, and elevate experimentation best practices across our digital platforms. We99re also looking for someone excited todevelop new AI-enabled analytics capabilitiesfor channel stakeholders1leveraging modern approaches likeLLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic workflowsto speed insight generation, enable self-serve analysis, and improve decisioning.
Job Responsibilities:
- Data Storytelling: Analyze and visualize digital customer behaviors to craft compelling narratives that drive insights and action.
- OKR Management: Lead the creation, iteration, reporting, and causal analysis of OKRs to track and achieve strategic goals.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Foster data-informed decisions and experimentation by establishing strategic partnerships, promoting best practices, and ensuring clear communication.
- Opportunity Identification: Develop OKRs and conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover opportunities for driving Digital CSAT, Engagement, and Deepening
- Consultation: Serve as a subject matter expert in Digital data, providing consultation to the broader Data & Analytics organization.
Required qualifications, skills, and responsibilities:
- 7+ years of experience analyzing customer experiences, digital products/usage
- Proven track record of problem-solving using data and building new analytics capabilities.Talent for translating numbers into an actionable story for business leaders
- Superior written, oral communication and presentation skills with experience communicating concisely and effectively with all levels of management and partners
- Experience in querying big data platforms and SAS/SQL
- Experience with digital analytics
- Bachelor99s degree is required (preferred in data science, mathematics, statistics, econometrics, engineering, or related fields).
Preferred qualifications, skills, and responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience with generative AI solutions, including large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic AI frameworks.
- Experience with analytical tools such as Python, R, Alteryx, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics
- Experience working with Big Data environments (i.e., Snowflake, AWS)
- Experience with A/B testing
