About The Role:

We are looking for a Analytics Domain Lead to serve as the trusted advisor and subject matter expert for customers using ARC's data products and analytics solutions, combining advanced analytical expertise with deep business domain knowledge to help customers turn data into actionable insights. You will develop a thorough understanding of each assigned customer's objectives, challenges, and operational environment, and deliver strategic recommendations that help them realize the full value of ARC's data assets and analytical capabilities. You will build long-term customer relationships with significant influence on customer success, product adoption, and long-term customer value. You will share customer feedback with ARC Product teams and collaborate to inform product enhancements and roadmap.

What You'll Get to Do:
  • Customer Partnership: Serve as the primary analytics and business domain advisor for a portfolio of strategic customers, building trusted relationships with customer executives, business leaders, analysts, and operational teams. Partner with Customer Engagement to conduct regular business reviews focused on use cases, analytical insights and opportunities to maximize the value customers derive from ARC’s data services.
  • Advanced Analytics & Insights: Perform complex analyses using customer data and ARC's data products to identify trends, opportunities, risks, data quality anomalies, and performance drivers, translating findings into practical business recommendations through dashboards, scorecards, benchmarking analyses, and executive presentations.
  • Domain Expertise: Become the recognized expert in all assigned business domains supported by ARC's data products, maintaining awareness of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory considerations, and educating customers on best practices and emerging opportunities.
  • Customer Success & Value Realization: Partner with Customer Success, Customer Engagement, Sales, and Product teams to maximize customer outcomes, support onboarding by establishing meaningful KPIs and reporting frameworks, and measure and communicate the business value customers receive from ARC's data solutions.
  • Product & Data Stewardship: Act as the voice of the customer by providing feedback to Product Management and Data Engineering teams, identifying opportunities to improve data quality, product features, and customer experience, and helping define customer-facing metrics and reporting standards
