Role SummaryThe Vice President of Cyber Operations leads a global organization responsible for end-to-end cyber defense across Adobe's enterprise and cloud environments. This includes three core pillars:
- Enterprise Security - Secures Adobe's workforce and enterprise environment through identity and access management, authentication and authorization, endpoint and device security, and zero trust-aligned infrastructure protections. This team ensures strong foundational controls that safeguard Adobe identities, systems, and data.
- Adobe Cyber Defense Center - Serves as Adobe's central threat detection and response function, delivering 24/7 monitoring, incident response, detection engineering, and threat intelligence. This team is responsible for identifying, investigating, and rapidly containing threats across Adobe's global environment.
- Security Engineering - Builds and operates the security platforms, data infrastructure, and tooling that power Cyber Operations. This includes security telemetry and advanced capabilities such as data platforms and machine learning that enable scalable, proactive defense.
This leader operates at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadership-setting direction, delivering operational excellence, and building a high-performing organization capable of responding to a rapidly evolving threat landscape.
What You'll DoStrategy- Define and evolve Adobe's Cyber Operations strategy, building a proactive and resilient cybersecurity framework
- Lead transformation across automation, data platforms, and security solutions strengthened by smart technology systems
- Align CyberOps priorities to business strategy, enabling customer trust and innovation
- Shape a scalable operating model across Enterprise Security, Cyber Defense, and Security Engineering
Execution - Own end-to-end cyber defense including detection, response, vulnerability management, identity, and endpoint security
- Ensure global consistency and readiness in incident response
- Strengthen monitoring, visibility, and real-time response capabilities
- Drive operational excellence through metrics, dashboards, and continuous improvement
- Lead decisively through high-severity incidents
Leadership - Lead and scale a global organization

What You Need to Succeed Experience & Expertise - 15+ years in information security, with deep Cyber Operations experience
- 10+ years leading large, global, multi-layer organizations
- Experience operating at VP level or with equivalent experience
- Experience leading CyberOps in a large-scale cloud or SaaS environment
- Track record building and scaling global security organizations
- Deep technical depth across security subject areas
Leadership Capabilities - Experience leading organizations of 100+ employees

Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $243,500 -- $520,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $334,800 - $520,500In Washington, the pay range for this position is $303,200 - $471,350
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
