  • Leverage an established network of executive relationships to rapidly engage CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, Chief AI Officers, Heads of Infrastructure, and other senior decision-makers.
  • Build and cultivate long-term strategic partnerships with C-level executives, business leaders, and technical decision-makers to drive multi-year business growth.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within AI infrastructure, cloud computing, HPC, enterprise IT, next-generation data centers, and AI factories.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership, engineering, product management, marketing, operations, and regional sales organizations to align customer requirements with Supermicro's technology roadmap.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies, ecosystem partnerships, and joint business plans that accelerate adoption of Supermicro AI infrastructure solutions.
  • Provide executive-level market intelligence regarding hyperscaler investment strategies, AI infrastructure trends, competitive positioning, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Represent Supermicro at executive briefings, customer executive meetings, board-level discussions, industry conferences, and strategic partner events worldwide.
  • Lead complex executive negotiations and strategic initiatives from opportunity identification through executive alignment and successful execution.
  • Travel extensively throughout North America and internationally to strengthen executive relationships and accelerate strategic business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 20+ years of executive Business Development experience within AI infrastructure, hyperscale cloud, enterprise IT, data centers, servers, storage, networking, semiconductors, or related technologies.
  • This role is intended for an executive Business Development leader rather than a traditional quota-driven sales executive.
