Job Description:

Hybrid schedule 3X week in office

We are looking for a VP, Account Director with strong integrated experience in developing content across all mediums and experiences that leverage cultural trends to drive our client's marketing results.

The VP, Account Director will be expected to have a strong understanding across broadcast, social, digital as well as deep experience in the following areas:

  • Experience managing clients and integrated agency teams through content planning, creative concepting, and production.
  • Deep knowledge of digital and social advertising platforms
  • Deep knowledge of broadcast production
  • Experience co-creating content with a wide range of partners, understanding production, logistics, and the negotiation of talent and deal points required for a successful outcome.


Responsibilities:
  • Manages the overall relationship, business strategy and marketing efforts
  • Own the client relationship and understanding of the client's business-how it works, key players, and how it's performing
  • Working directly with several client stakeholders and integrated agency teams
  • Look for opportunities to elevate the work and inspire the team around you.
  • Champion best-in-class creativity
  • Inspire team to champion ideas that work toward a business objective
  • Craft appropriate strategies and identify/implement tactics to help proactively identify and achieve client objectives
  • Evaluate research/data to draw implications and actionable insights
  • Lead the team to proactive thinking (and ideas that we may not have a client brief on yet) that not only builds the client's business but also helps grow the agency creatively, or financially
  • Marketing expert across multiple media; industry expert in client's core businesses

Requirements:
  • 9+ years of client management experience at a digital or full-service agency with a demonstrated track record of developing senior level client relationships - client references a strong positive
  • Proven experience in managing teams of people and in working cross functionally across an organization
  • History of close partnership with creative, strategy, technology and production counterparts
  • Fluent and comfortable in working with all aspects of production including digital, social, broadcast, and print.
  • Creative thinking and analytical problem solving
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong client-service orientation
  • Track record of leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities
  • Proven ability to manage projects to successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines

$150k - $160k

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
