Overview

As the VP, Video Investment, you will lead video investment strategy and activation across the full video ecosystem, including Linear TV, FEP, VOD, OTT, CTV, Mobile, OLV, and Addressable. This role is responsible for driving effective, efficient, and innovative investment approaches across assigned client accounts while ensuring high-quality execution and strong business outcomes.

You will bring a forward-looking perspective to the evolving video landscape, identifying opportunities across emerging platforms, technology, data, and content to improve how we plan, buy, measure, and optimize video investment. You will also lead and develop teams, strengthen agency and client relationships, and partner cross-functionally to establish scalable processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead video investment and activation across multiple client accounts, from proposal development through campaign execution, optimization, and post-buy analysis.


  • Own the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of client deliverables and investment recommendations.


  • Partner with Strategy, Planning, Analytics, and other agency teams to develop effective video investment solutions.


  • Support new business efforts, including pitch strategy, proposals, and video investment plans.


  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, data integrity, and ways of working across the Video Investment team.


  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, media partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.


  • Stay current on evolving video platforms, technology, data, and content and identify opportunities to apply them to client business.


  • Lead, coach, and develop team members while effectively managing priorities and delegating work.


  • Present recommendations, strategies, and results clearly to senior clients and internal stakeholders.


  • Participate in forecasting, business planning, and other strategic initiatives.


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of media buying, investment, or activation experience, with significant video experience.


  • 3+ years of digital video experience, including CTV, OLV, OTT, Mobile, and/or Addressable.


  • Experience across National and Local Video.


  • Experience in the Retail and/or CPG space.


  • 3+ years managing client and external partner relationships.


  • 2+ years of people management experience.


  • Strong knowledge of media investment and digital buying tools, including Mediaocean/Prisma, Spectra/MediaBank, DSPs, ad servers, and verification platforms.


  • Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills.


  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a matrixed environment.

Compensation Range: USD $75,050.00 - USD $107,835.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
