Position Summary:As a key role in the civil aerospace services leadership team, the Vice President of Value Deliver, Cost & Programs, Mature Engines defines the services strategy, policy and requirements for the AE 2100A, AE 3007A, AE 3007C, BR715, RB211-535, Trent 800 ensures that the service elements of the ME business plan are delivered. In this role, you will travel up to 10% domestically with limited international travel.
What you will be doing:- Manage a global team accountable for delivery of Services profit and cash in line with MES commitments for all service contracts (TotalCare, CorporateCare, Time & Materials) maximizing margins
- Define services required to deliver the engine strategy to support and improve the business case by cost reduction, through-life management, and commercial restructuring maximizing the economical service life of the product
- Define fleet management strategy and policy, including shop visit forecast and plan, C2C improvements, the use of serviceable used material and major campaign issues, ensuring containment, root cause and corrective actions are in place to meet fleet health and reliability targets
- Acts as a focal point for Services customer related issues ensuring they are understood, managed, and resolved to deliver Customer Satisfaction targets
- Own the Product Attributes Document and drive the commitments to meet business cost requirements and shop visit forecast to ensure sufficient service line and supply chain capacity and capability are in place to support customer needs and the business plan
- Improve systems and processes to minimize waste and optimize business outcomes across the broader Services landscape
- Manage shop visit cost processes and service cost data
Basic Requirements:- Associate degree with 10+ years of experience services, program management, customer support / sales or engineering management, OR
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in services, program management, customer support / sales or engineering management, OR
- Master's degree with 6+ years of experience services, program management, customer support / sales or engineering management, OR
- JD/PhD with 3+ years of experience services, program management, customer support / sales or engineering management, OR
- 12+ years of experience services, program management, customer support / sales or engineering management in lieu of a degree
Preferred Requirements:- Strong interpersonal skills including communication and negotiation across a broad range of stakeholders to deliver business plans and customer requirements
- Program management, planning and governance skills
- Robust business acumen and financial/commercial experience
- A change leader with a transformational mindset
- Experience with stakeholder management and establishing relationships at multiple levels
- Experience managing ambiguity and generating innovative solutions to challenges and problems

$140,326 -$228,029-Annually
