Job DescriptionWe're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Sales Reporting & Analytics to join our Markets Sales Reporting & Analytics team. This role is located in New York, NY.
Role overviewThis is a hands-on analytics role for someone who wants to help build, improve and scale the reporting capability used by Markets Sales leadership. The successful candidate will combine strong Power BI and data modeling skills with commercial curiosity, stakeholder confidence and a practical approach to automation, data quality and emerging AI-enabled tools.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:- Build and enhance Power BI dashboards, semantic models and reporting assets covering sales performance, pipeline, forecasting, KPIs and revenue metrics.
- Develop reusable datasets and reporting logic using Microsoft Fabric, Power Query, dataflows, warehouses, pipelines and SQL.
- Act as an on-site contact for Markets Sales, Business Management and front-line users, supporting reporting questions, data interpretation, CRM usage and practical problem solving.
- Improve data quality, documentation, metric definitions, lineage and reporting controls so outputs are accurate, repeatable and well governed.
- Maintain and improve business-critical reporting, including refresh monitoring, publishing, access controls and issue resolution.
- Identify pragmatic opportunities to use automation and AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, insight generation, monitoring and user experience.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, engineering, data analytics or a related field.
- Typically 7+ years' experience in financial services, sales reporting, data analytics, CRM reporting, business intelligence or a similar analytical discipline.
- Strong hands-on Microsoft Power BI expertise, including data modeling, DAX, semantic models, report design, performance optimization and dashboard publishing.
- Practical SQL experience, including queries, joins, transformations and validation logic.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric or comparable cloud data platforms, including dataflows, warehouses, pipelines, Power Query and data modeling concepts.
- Confidence working directly with business stakeholders, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable balancing strategic platform improvement with hands-on delivery, troubleshooting and user support in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred experience:- Experience with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce or similar, including reporting, training, troubleshooting or data quality support.
- Experience maintaining Tableau dashboards, plus exposure to row-level security, deployment processes, pipeline design or reporting governance.
- Understanding of Markets products, wholesale banking, sales coverage models, pipeline management or revenue reporting.
- Use of tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, Power BI Copilot or Microsoft Fabric AI capabilities to improve productivity, analytics or documentation.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
