- FX domain leadership: Provide leadership across FX platforms, ensuring strong understanding of electronic trading, liquidity management, execution workflows, market venues, and critical business services supporting global foreign exchange trading activity.
- Stakeholder engagement and influence: Build strong, trusted relationships with business, engineering, operations, and trading stakeholders, providing clear communication, transparency, and effective governance for business-critical services.
- Team and organizational leadership: Build and lead a high-performing global production services organization, with strong talent development, clear accountability, and consistent execution across regions.
- Service reliability and platform stability: Drive improvements in availability, resiliency, SLA performance, incident reduction, and time to restore service for critical trading and execution platforms supporting the FX business.
To be successful in this role, we9re seeking the following:- Extensive leadership experience in global production services/application support, supporting mission-critical platforms across multiple regions utilizing follow-the-sun support models.
- Proven track record of leading incident, problem, and change management, delivering measurable improvements in stability, reduction of recurring issues, and strong service recovery execution in high-pressure trading environments.
- Demonstrated automation-first and AI-enabled mindset, with experience driving tooling, observability, and process automation to improve efficiency and reduce operational toil.
- Strong ownership mentality and execution focus, with the ability to take initiatives from concept through delivery and embed sustainable outcomes.
- Deep technical and operational experience across production environments, including monitoring, observability, resiliency, infrastructure, middleware, cloud, and application support within complex enterprise ecosystems.
- Experience supporting FX trading, electronic execution, liquidity, pricing, market data, or capital markets platforms, with a strong understanding of foreign exchange market structure and front-to-back trade lifecycles.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic service improvements across operating model, governance, risk, and control frameworks.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across front office trading, business, operations, and engineering teams.
- Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux, CI/CD pipelines, and messaging platforms such as Kafka and MQ, along with programming/scripting languages including Java and Python.
- Knowledge of FX protocols, trading connectivity, market data feeds, liquidity provider integrations, FIX messaging, and electronic trading platforms is highly desirable.
- Bachelor9s degree in computer science or a related discipline (or equivalent experience); advanced degree is a plus.
- 12+ years of experience across multiple areas of information technology, with experience in global markets, electronic trading, or financial services strongly preferred.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications- Experience supporting FX execution management systems (EMS), order management systems (OMS), pricing engines, algorithmic trading platforms, or liquidity aggregation platforms.
- Knowledge of FX spot, forwards, swaps, NDFs, and related trading workflows.
- Familiarity with regulatory and operational requirements impacting global FX markets.
- Experience supporting low-latency or high-availability trading environments.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
