We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President to join our Global Collateral Control team. This role is located in New York, United States.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
• This role resides in the Product Governance function of the Global Collateral Client Platform First Line Control Team.
• You would be responsible for executing the Platform's product governance model for U.S. products and strategic initiatives, working closely with U.S. product owners including assessing business change impacts and governance, maintaining the product catalogue, supporting change governance submissions, supporting product planning risk assessments and defining Control requirements for product developments.
• Additionally, you could be responsible for coordinating U.S. time zone specific escalations, certain regulatory compliance, regulatory meetings and pricing control activities.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
• Experience in compliance, risk or operational governance is required, with demonstrated problem solving and analytical ability, and strong oral and written communication skills including providing technical advice.
• Experience in collateral management, custody and data analytics is preferred.
• Organized, reliable, mature team player who takes initiative with a strong capacity to work autonomously, responsibility towards client outcomes, and collaboration with internal stakeholders and the team.
• Contributes to an inclusive working culture.
• No direct reports: may occasionally supervise small teams and projects.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents.
