  • Ensure all technology solutions align with global security, infrastructure, architecture, identity, data protection, cloud, network, endpoint, monitoring, and operational support standards set by the global technology function.
  • Collaborate with global technology leadership to apply common platforms, approved technology patterns, secure design principles, and operational support models while accommodating company specific requirements.
  • Provide direction, oversight and accountability for the maintenance of cybersecurity safeguards and IT General Controls that are required to mitigate systemic operations risks.
  • Develop and manage IT budgets, ensuring disciplined financial stewardship and strong return on technology investments.
  • Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiation, software licensing optimization, contract governance, and strategic technology partnerships.
  • Establish and oversee IT service management agreements that ensure consistent delivery and performance of services.
  • Build trust and alignment across the organization through clear communication and strong relationships.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, ensuring clear understanding and alignment across the organization.
