Job Title: Vice President

Overview

Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. seeks a Vice President in New York, NY to support the US Credit Trading Franchise from a chief operating officer (COO)/business manager (BM) perspective. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field or equivalent, and five (5) years of experience conducting advanced financial forecasting, profit and loss (P&L) reporting, and operational metrics analysis to drive revenue optimization and strategic decision-making, including performing gap analysis; designing and rolling out systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency, including leveraging automation tools for process improvements; coordinating headcount planning and budgeting exercises to optimize client profitability and capture wallet share; analyzing financial performance, identifying trends, and informing strategic decisions for businesses covered; streamlining financial processes and enhancing efficiency through workflow automation to reduce operational costs; evaluating financial workflows, including identifying bottlenecks, and implementing improvements to enhance productivity and improve financial systems; performing statistical analysis of market data, risk assessments, and data-driven decision-making to optimize financial strategies; managing financial performance including allocating resources and ensuring profitability; and analyzing complex financial situations, identifying and addressing operational issues, and developing solutions to support financial activities and ensure compliance. *Employer will accept three (3) years of academic study toward a Bachelor's degree in one of the above-listed fields and two (2) years of experience to satisfy the Bachelor's degree requirement*. Salary range: $189,000.00 - $222,500.00/year. This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program.
