Full Job Description
We are representing a leading quantum technology company seeking a Vice President, Partnerships to lead the development of its commercial and strategic ecosystem. This is a senior leadership role at the intersection of deep-tech innovation and global market expansion.

Role Overview

The VP, Partnerships will be responsible for building and scaling strategic partnerships, government relationships, commercialization initiatives, and global market adoption efforts across the organization's technology portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Government & Public Sector Alliances
  • Secure public sector funding and contracts
  • Represent the organization in government forums and help influence industry standards and policy
Industry Association & Ecosystem Leadership
  • Build relationships with key industry organizations and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with industry bodies to support adoption of the company's technology solutions and market positioning
Channel Partnerships
  • Develop and scale a partner ecosystem including technical collaborators and commercial resellers
  • Expand market reach and accelerate technology adoption through strategic partnerships
Hardware Commercialization
  • Lead global sales strategy for the company's quantum hardware portfolio
  • Support both cloud-based offerings and physical infrastructure deployments
Platform Monetization
  • Drive adoption of the company's software platform and ecosystem
  • Support commercialization efforts focused on enterprise tools and proprietary solutions while maintaining engagement with the open-source community
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, product management, and/or revenue-generating roles within Deep Tech, Aerospace, Defense, or High-Performance Computing (HPC)
  • Proven track record selling complex hardware infrastructure and sophisticated technical software platforms
  • Expertise managing federal sales cycles and navigating government procurement and acquisition processes
  • Experience working within both open-source and proprietary enterprise software environments
  • Ability to balance long-term strategic relationship building with near-term revenue objectives
  • Proven success establishing and scaling international commercial networks and technical partnership programs within emerging technology sectors
