EACS Operations Lead (Onsite - Phoenix, AZ)

About the Role
Join a dynamic manufacturing operations team as the EACS Operations Lead, where your expertise will drive operational excellence and support mission-critical production activities. This onsite position in Phoenix, AZ, places you at the heart of a safety-first, high-performance environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and directly impacting supply chain success and production efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Champion a culture of safety, quality, and compliance throughout the operation
- Serve as the key liaison with Program Managers to ensure clear, effective internal and customer communication
- Rapidly resolve operational, quality, and supply challenges to maintain seamless production
- Develop and optimize inventory strategies and production schedules based on real-time demand and resource constraints
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to operational performance
- Facilitate closure of Supplier Request for Information (SRI) and First Article Inspection (FAI) activities
- Support last-time-buy (LTB) and material substitution to ensure consistent component availability
- Provide actionable inputs to the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process
- Lead rate readiness assessments for product lines, identifying gaps and driving corrective action to align production capacity with demand

- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 5+ years in Quality, Operations, or Supply Management
