This is a multidisciplinary role that incorporates design, QA and analysis, communications, general IT skills, and technical document writing and maintenance.
Following are the general responsibilities needed while working under the guidance of the Team Lead (supervised and unsupervised):
- Create wireframes, visual assets (screenshots, images, illustrations, vector art, video, audio, motion graphics/animation), and reference material that will be utilized for application mockups, training material and course development, document templates, and instructional guides produced for print and-or other forms of electronic distribution.
- Assist with the creation, organization and maintenance of documents such as, but not limited to printed and digital guides, electronic communications, application Change/build notes, application change requests/requirements, Training/Courses materials, Reports, and Templates, etc.
- Review content produced by other teams or team members - performing general QA and proofreading, design evaluation, remediation, and uplift (color, layout, and asset use analysis).
- Must be proficient with the following tools and technologies:
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, After Effects), experience with non-linear video editing software Premiere is a plus
- Basic understanding of HTML, XML, CSS, SQL, (Javascript is a plus)
- Participate in the assistance of overlapping IT related exercises/tasks as needs, and willing to learn and update skills on the job as needed.
Minimum Qualifications1. A Masters degree or advanced clinical degree from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of experience gathering and documenting business, clinical, and/or functional requirements using interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis or related in a clinical, allied health, non-allied health, behavioral health, information technology, information services, business, analytics or related area; or, one (1) year of experience in a relevant clinical and/or healthcare administration role/function; or
2. A Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of experience as described above; or
3. A satisfactory combination of education, training, and experience.
4. Specialty certification(s) issued by a national commercially available program, state, professional society, academic or technical institution in an area(s) listed above, may be credited on a month-to-month basis toward the required work experience for a total of one (1) year.
