Full Job Description
The Role

We're looking for a User Acquisition Manager to lead and scale our paid and organic growth efforts. You'll sit at the intersection of marketing, data, and product-owning the strategies that bring new users to the platform and keep our growth engine running. This role is ideal for someone who is obsessed with performance metrics, thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, and is excited by the rapidly evolving world of sports and prediction markets.
What You'll Do

Paid Acquisition
  • Own and manage paid media campaigns across channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and programmatic networks
  • Allocate and optimize budget to maximize user growth and return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Develop and iterate on creative strategy in partnership with design and content teams
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and implement data-driven optimizations

Organic & Lifecycle Growth
  • Identify and scale organic acquisition channels including SEO, content, referral, and partnerships
  • Work closely with the product team to optimize onboarding flows and improve activation rates
  • Develop and test referral and incentive programs to drive word-of-mouth growth
  • Analyze the full funnel from impression to engaged user and identify areas for improvement

Analytics & Reporting
  • Define, track, and report on key acquisition KPIs including CAC, LTV, ROAS, and install-to-registration rates
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to give real-time visibility into channel performance
  • Conduct cohort analyses and A/B tests to continuously improve acquisition efficiency
  • Partner with the data team to ensure accurate attribution and measurement across all channels

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work alongside product, engineering, and finance teams to align growth initiatives with platform capabilities and business goals
  • Communicate campaign performance and strategic recommendations clearly to leadership
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform changes, and competitor strategies
Who You Are
  • Data-driven. You live in dashboards and spreadsheets. Every decision you make is grounded in numbers.
  • Creative and strategic. You can zoom out to set direction and zoom in to write a compelling ad brief.
  • Interested in sports. You follow games, understand fan culture, and get excited about the sports prediction space-or you're eager to dive in.
  • Entrepreneurial. You're comfortable owning a function with limited oversight and building processes from the ground up.
  • A strong communicator. You can distill complex performance data into clear narratives for any audience.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity. You thrive in a fast-moving startup environment and know how to prioritize when everything feels urgent.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field from a competitive program
  • At least 4 years of experience in performance marketing, user acquisition, or growth marketing
  • Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition campaigns with measurable ROI
  • Deep familiarity with major ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; SQL or Python experience is a plus
  • Experience with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, or Branch
  • Visa Sponsorship: We are unable to offer employment visa sponsorship for this position
Nice to Haves
  • Experience in consumer apps, sports, gaming, fantasy, or fintech
  • Familiarity with App Store Optimization (ASO)
  • Experience managing agency relationships or in-house creative teams
  • Background in lifecycle marketing or CRM tools
