Qualifications

• Experience in pre-owned auto sales is preferred.
• Minimum of two years' management experience required.
• Valid Ontario Driver's License necessary.
• Valid OMVIC License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the Dealership Sales Department.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings consistently.
• Acquire used vehicles for retail sales, focusing on service drive sourcing.
• Desk vehicle sales deals effectively.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager for quick vehicle preparation.
• Manage leads and engage personally with retail sales traffic.
• Conduct regular meetings with sales staff to review issues and programs.
• Ensure staff are updated on manufacturer programs and financial promotions.
• Promote ongoing training through regular sales team meetings.
• Adhere to all provincial licensing and regulatory requirements.
