Full Job Description
We are seeking a collaborative and results-driven Finished Goods Supervisor to join the USCA Powder Supply Chain organization and report to the USCA Powder Supply Chain Manager. Based within the USCA Powder manufacturing network, this role leads Finished Goods Planning, Production Scheduling, and Toll Production Planning across multiple manufacturing locations. You will develop a high-performing planning team while driving customer service, inventory optimization, schedule execution, process standardization, and operational excellence across the network. You will report to the Supply Chain Manager and work out of the Brazil, Indiana facility.

Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop Finished Goods Planners, Production Schedulers, and Toll Production Planners across multiple manufacturing locations, including performance management, development planning, cross-training, and succession planning.
• Provide leadership and functional backup for Finished Goods Planning, Production Scheduling, and Toll Production Planning to ensure continuity, consistent execution, and effective escalation management.
• Ensure production plans and schedules balance customer demand, manufacturing capacity, inventory strategy, lead times, business priorities, and operational constraints.
• Lead production prioritization, schedule governance, execution reviews, and corrective actions while driving schedule adherence and planning consistency across manufacturing and tolling operations.
• Own Finished Goods inventory health, customer service, schedule adherence, and planning execution performance while supporting inventory optimization and working capital objectives.
• Partner with Operations, Customer Service, Demand Planning, Raw Material Planning, Procurement, Technical, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams to resolve constraints and improve end-to-end supply chain performance.
• Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP), capacity planning, network balancing, inventory optimization, and broader supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Drive planning standardization, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and organizational capability development across the USCA Powder network.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, production scheduling, manufacturing operations, or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing planning, production scheduling, inventory management, and ERP or advanced planning systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading planners, schedulers, or other supply chain professionals in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, Power BI, Power Query, SQL, or similar planning, ERP, and analytics tools preferred.
• APICS/ASCM certification, IBP/S&OP experience, or Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement experience preferred.
