What you'll do: - Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with roadmap milestones and domain priorities.
- Drive full software development lifecycle activities such as coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Apply cloud-native architecture principles to build scalable, resilient, and agile systems using microservices and automation.
- Conduct system design reviews to ensure quality, feasibility, and alignment with architectural standards.
- Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex problems into actionable technical requirements.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to define success metrics and optimize development processes.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance code quality, tools, and engineering productivity.
What you'll bring: - Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to deliver scalable and resilient platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Java and experience with big data technologies such as Apache Spark and Apache Kafka.
- Demonstrated ability to lead full software development lifecycle activities, including design reviews, CI/CD deployment, and observability.
- Experience in API design, software prototyping, and applying software design patterns for maintainable and modular solutions.
- Skilled in DevOps engineering practices to enhance developer productivity and platform reliability.
- Ability to mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering excellence through continuous improvement.
- Data-driven mindset to define metrics, optimize processes, and align technical solutions with business goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
