What you'll do: - Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable data pipelines and architectures to support business analytics and operational needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Implement data integration, transformation, and quality frameworks using modern ETL and streaming technologies.
- Ensure data governance compliance by applying regulatory and ethical standards in data handling and storage.

- Monitor and troubleshoot data systems to maintain reliability and performance.
- Provide technical guidance on data modeling, storage, and metadata management best practices.
What you'll bring: - Proven expertise in data engineering, including designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines.
- Proficiency in Python programming and experience with ETL processes and big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Hive, and Kafka.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud, and modern data warehousing solutions.
- Experience implementing data quality frameworks and ensuring compliance with data governance and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and automated deployment in data environments
- Solid understanding of data modeling techniques and metadata management across data platforms.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735: The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
