Engineers contribute to all project phases, from design through testing and deployment, ensuring quality and reliability. What you'll do: - Collaborate with product, project, business, and user experience teams to develop high-level designs for small to medium projects.
- Analyze and troubleshoot production issues by performing root cause analysis and developing effective solutions.
- Translate project requirements into technical solutions, conduct coding, unit testing, and ensure timely delivery.
- Support business users by providing technical guidance and identifying sustainable implementation strategies.
- Lead and mentor small engineering teams, providing documentation, direction, and timelines.
- Develop automation scripts for CI/CD processes and implement telemetry features.
- Monitor application performance, conduct maintenance, and evaluate change requests for feasibility.
What you'll bring: - Proven experience in software design, development, and delivery within Agile environments.
- Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming and coding languages such as JavaScript, Python, or C#.
- Expertise in debugging, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- Ability to develop scalable, maintainable, and secure software solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and automation scripting.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS and telemetry implementation.
- Demonstrated capability to lead small engineering teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical acumen to drive iterative development and product strategy.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
