Your key responsibilities

As a Staff Consultant in the Studio+ practice at EY, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer-led transformation.

As technologists, we collaborate with functional teams to design and build solutions that streamline processes, enhance experiences, and drive business growth. In the Studio+ Technology team, you will contribute to various areas, including:
  • Adobe: Power data-driven marketing by implementing tools like Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP and Adobe Journey Optimizer, while supporting content personalization and managing the digital asset lifecycle with Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Salesforce: Help clients optimize sales, service and marketing processes across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud, supporting integrations, automation and user experience design across the CRM landscape.
  • Microsoft AI & Business Solutions: Design and deliver business solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and Azure services to streamline operations and improve decision-making.

Typical roles:
  • Developer: You'll configure and customize platforms (e.g., building AEP schemas, Salesforce automations or Power BI dashboards), write code to extend product capabilities and support integrations with client systems.
  • Product Analyst: You'll define process flows, business requirements, design user stories and test cases and translate client goals into functional platform designs. You'll also help document business processes and support user adoption.

The Staff Consultant role provides a comprehensive platform for professional growth, with opportunities to specialize based on performance and interests within Studio+. If you are ready to embark on a transformative journey with EY, we invite you to apply and become part of our mission to empower customer-led transformation.

  • Be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and maintain a flexible approach in various project settings.
  • Understand that the expectation for this role is in person teaming, at a client site or in an EY office, on average 3 days a week depending on the needs of the engagement, project or practice area.
  • Have access to reliable transportation to/from the EY office and client sites. A driver's license is strongly recommended as ride share and public transportation options may not be available in all locations.
  • Be able and willing to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary. In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs.
  • Be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship, now and in the future.
