Your role
We're looking for an Investment Banker to:
• assist in the origination and execution of investment banking transactions for corporate clients
• manage major workstreams of M&A, debt and equity transactions including diligence, the development of financial analyses, and all client deliverables
• effectively work with teams of bankers across groups and other constituents (lawyers, accountants, consultants, etc)
• provide critical support and input in the negotiation of transactions as required
• present to internal and external clients effectively and with confidence
• collaborate with colleagues across the firm to provide clients with seamless transaction execution
• generate new ideas and creative approaches that push the business forward
• make sound and balanced judgments (and always within professional, ethical, regulatory, and legal standards)
Your team
The Unified Global Banking (UGB) - Americas Team originates and executes new business opportunities between UBS Global Wealth Management and Global Banking. Our team covers financial advisors and their client relationships across the Americas region to source, evaluate and execute Investment Banking opportunities from Wealth Management relationships, driving increased Firm revenue through M&A Advisory, Equity & Debt capital raising and other Corporate Finance transactions.
Your expertise
• experience in originating and executing private M&A transactions
• ability to work effectively with both corporate and wealth management clients
• strong analytical skills and proficiency in all relevant financial analyses
• demonstrated track record of taking initiative and managing teams
• undergraduate degree and MBA or JD preferred
• requisite series licensing
• strong communication, whether presenting to clients or senior executives
• proficient at managing and cultivating important client relationships
• able to develop creative solutions to meet client needs and identify cross-product opportunities

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - New York - New York USD 275000 /annum
