Your time here will look something like this...The Analyst Program is a 24-month developmental experience consisting of two 12-month rotations across U.S. Consumer Cards. Each rotation is designed to provide meaningful exposure to different businesses, teams, and leadership opportunities while helping you build a well-rounded understanding of the organization.
Analysts may rotate through business areas such as:
- Cards
- Marketing
- Citi Retail Services
- Customer Experience
- Chief Operating Office (COO)
- Analytics & Pricing
- Risk
- Additional business groups across U.S. Consumer Cards

Throughout the program, you'll broaden your skill set, tackle real business challenges, develop a strong professional network, and gain valuable insight into the diverse functions that drive the Consumer Cards business. Upon successful completion of the program, Analysts are considered for Assistant Vice President (AVP)-level opportunities within Citi.
