  • Maintain strong client relationships and coordinate with accountants, advisors, and other professionals to deliver comprehensive solutions

Full Job Description
We are seeking anexperienced Trusts & Estates attorney with strong tax and transactionalexperience to join our Philadelphia Estates & Trusts practice. The idealcandidate will have deep knowledge of estate, gift, and generation-skippingtransfer tax planning, as well as familiarity with corporate and partnershiptax issues related to business sales, restructurings, and succession planning.
