Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience driving projects with multiple stakeholders across a variety of functions and teams.
• Knowledge and experience in data analysis to drive insights and recommendations.
• Comfort and proficiency working in a highly cross-functional team environment.

Trust & Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. You will also be at the forefront of driving critical ecosystem programs such as developer verification and standards for registered app stores ensuring a secure, trustworthy, and thriving environment for developers wherever they choose to publish.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize programs that empower developers to successfully publish safe applications and thrive across the broader app ecosystem.
• Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders across product, engineering, and policy to drive alignment and successfully launch ecosystem programs.
• Design and implement scalable, AI-driven workflows and automated tooling to elevate safety protections while maintaining a streamlined experience for developers.
• Develop processes to support developers in meeting Android developer verification requirements and seamless onboarding into ecosystem programs.
• Analyze program performance and trends to continuously improve developer experience and ecosystem trust.
