We are hiring an A-Player Trim Carpenter with strong all-around construction skills and an obsession with doing things the right way and constantly improving.

Responsibilities

Execute high-quality finish carpentry, including:
• Trim work, doors, casing, base, crown, scribe, and detail work
• Cabinet installation, cabinetry support, and finish adjustments

Perform general carpentry and interior construction, including:
• Framing modifications, blocking, backing, and layout work
• Understanding structural vs. finish requirements

Assist with or perform tile installation support:
• Layout, prep, backer systems, waterproofing awareness, and detail alignment

Perform painting and finish prep:
• Surface prep, patching, sanding, caulking, and finish-ready results
• Read plans, elevations, and details with accuracy and intent
• Coordinate work with other trades to ensure clean transitions and finishes
• Maintain clean, organized, professional job sites at all times
• Take ownership of your work from rough-in through final punch
