Full Job Description
What You'll Be Doing: The Project Manager will lead a wide range of traffic, roadway, pedestrian, bicycle, and bridge projects ensuring success across all phases of project delivery from pursuit through construction.

What We're Looking For: The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (Civil Engineering), a minimum of 8 years' of relevant transportation design experience, and must be a licensed Professional Engineer in NY or be able to be licensed in NY.

How You'll Be Successful:
  • Identify, pursue, and win work
  • Set and meet schedule, budget, and quality goals
  • Plan, organize, communicate, and supervise the work and workload of project staff
  • Successfully deliver transportation projects for public and private sector clients
  • Establish a business network with New York State, Thruway, county, city, and/or other agency clients and contractors
  • Monitor project quality, costs, schedule, and ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded

Our Project Managers:
  • Handle all aspects of a project
  • Lead, coach, and mentor multidisciplinary teams
  • Work remotely with team members across multiple locations
  • Understand the federal-aid project delivery process
  • Possess knowledge of MicroStation, InRoads, and/or other relevant transportation design and analysis software, guides, and manuals
  • Align their practices and processes with company strategic objectives
