Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation Planning, Urban Planning, Civil/Traffic Engineering, or related field.
• AICP Certification required.
• 6+ years in transportation planning and/or traffic engineering with a minimum of 2 years in project management.
• Experience in multimodal planning, corridor studies, access management, and active transportation.
• Proficient in operational analysis, traffic studies, and design support.
• Skills in Microsoft Office, GIS, and traffic/transportation modeling tools such as Synchro or VISSIM.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
