Qualifications

• 8+ years in transportation engineering, specifically highway and local street design.
• Familiarity with WisDOT design and standards.
• PE license in Wisconsin is mandatory; licenses in MN and IL are beneficial.
• Demonstrated experience in business and project development processes.
• Project Management experience with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation is a must.
• Strong communication skills with a history of effective client and team interactions.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor staff for career growth.

Responsibilities
