You will lead transportation sourcing, network optimization, transportation technology, and operational improvement initiatives while delivering measurable business value.

Once You Are Here, You Will:- Play a hands-on role in managing and delivering transportation consulting solutions to clients.
- Deliver successful projects according to project plans, NTT DATA methodology, and client expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project execution.
- Interface with clients to acquire business data, information, and operational insights.
- Alert clients to upcoming resource and data requirements.
- Keep clients informed of project progress and key milestones.
- Develop effective executive-level presentation materials and client deliverables.
- Manage and coordinate project personnel and consulting resources.
- Identify and apply quantitative techniques to improve transportation performance and profitability.
- Identify and communicate opportunities to improve NTT DATA methodologies, tools, and capabilities.
- Coach, mentor, and develop junior consultants and analysts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and leadership.
- Travel 20%-40% based on project requirements and client needs.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Business, Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience leading and delivering transportation sourcing projects and/or transportation management system implementations.
- 7+ years of experience applying optimization and simulation techniques to solve transportation and supply chain challenges.
- 7+ years of experience utilizing Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and client presentations.
- 7+ years of experience applying quantitative methods and analytical tools to transportation decision-making.
- 5+ years of experience using data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI
- 3+ years of experience leading or managing junior staff members.
- Willingness and ability to travel 20%-40% based on project requirements and client demand.
Preferred Skills:- Master's degree or MBA.
- Consulting experience.
- Experience with transportation procurement and sourcing optimization.
- Experience with transportation management systems and transportation analytics solutions.
- Experience supporting large-scale supply chain transformation initiatives.
Experience Working with the Following Tools Is a Plus:- Procurement optimization tools (e.g., Blue Yonder, Jaggaer, Coupa, Keelvar).
- Transportation Management Systems (Oracle, Blue Yonder, BluJay, Korber (MercuryGate) , Manhattan Associates).
- Transportation modeling tools (e.g., Blue Yonder Transportation Modeler, Korner (MercuryGate) MultiModal Optimization).
- Fleet Management and Routing and scheduling tools (e.g., Descartes, Bringg, OnFleet, Samsara etc).

Must Reside in the USNTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is $125,685 - 232,750. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
