Client Onboarding & Service Talent Enablement Senior Associate

Are you passionate about empowering employees and driving business success through modern knowledge and learning enablement solutions? Join our dynamic team to drive role readiness and frontline performance through practical, scalable learning enablement. In this role within JPMorganChase Global Services, Client Onboarding & Service (COS), you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, delivering, and continuously improving role-based learning and knowledge solutions that increase speed-to-proficiency and elevate business and client outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Enhance employee performance, productivity, and role readiness by delivering role-based enablement solutions (performance support, knowledge resources, and targeted learning when appropriate).
  • Partner with business stakeholders and SMEs to assess needs, identify root causes, and recommend the right approach to support role readiness and performance (knowledge, process reinforcement, performance support, communications, or learning).
  • Design and develop learning and enablement assets such as eLearning, job aids, playbooks, quick references, simulations, and guided practice materials.
  • Own the end-to-end content lifecycle: intake, design, development, SME validation, approvals, LMS publishing, and deployment/rollout.
  • Structure and maintain content so it is easy to find, reuse, and keep current (consistent templates, clear organization, and tagging/metadata where applicable).
  • Leverage content management and maintenance platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, and LMS administration tools) to manage version control, metadata tagging, governance, and collaborative workflows, ensuring content remains accurate, organized, and easily accessible.
  • Measure effectiveness using adoption and performance outcomes and iterate content and delivery approaches accordingly.
  • Design enablement solutions aligned to business objectives, using data-driven approaches to evaluate effectiveness, inform continuous improvement, and optimize performance outcomes

  • Integrate AI-enabled tools into content development and training strategies to maintain high standards of accuracy, clarity, usability, and visual quality.
  • Maintain continuous learning on AI strategy and apply AI-enabled knowledge workflows to accelerate drafting, improve content consistency, and enhance the employee experience.
  • Support pilots and launches by coordinating logistics, communications, and stakeholder readiness.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Minimum of 5yearsexperience in enablement, learning/content development, needs assessment, and/or performance consulting (knowledge management experience a plus).
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple programs and projects concurrently, with strong prioritization and delivery discipline.
  • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-based environment and adapt to shifting priorities and changing business needs.
  • Experience delivering solutions across multiple channels (e.g., in-workflow guidance, knowledge resources, job aids, eLearning, live/virtual sessions), not only classroom training.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence employees at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, complemented by innovative and strategic thinking.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve speed and quality of work outputs, with sound judgment and appropriate risk awareness.
  • Proficiency in a broad range of eLearning and simulation authoring tools, multimedia and design tools.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience in financial services or a related industry.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and modern enablement methodologies (e.g., performance support, blended approaches).
  • Experience with data-driven evaluation of enablement effectiveness and impact.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted content workflows (e.g., summarization, tagging, search optimization) and associated controls considerations.
  • Advanced certifications in learning and development, instructional design, knowledge management, or related disciplines.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in business, financial services, learning and development, education, or a related field.
