Role Overview:This role is for a TOSCA Tester/QE Lead responsible for owning and driving end-to-end test strategy across UI applications, APIs, and backend systems. The individual will act as a central QE/Test Lead, coordinating across multiple teams and leading test planning, execution, and coordination for releases and major program increments, with a focus on TOSCA-based automation.
Key Responsibilities:- Own and drive E2E test strategy across UI applications, APIs, and backend systems.
- Act as the central QE/Test Lead coordinating across multiple teams (UI, API, backend, integration).
- Lead test planning, execution, and coordination for releases and major program increments.
- Drive TOSCA-based automation strategy for both UI workflows and API validations.
- Ensure end-to-end validation of business flows, integrations, and system dependencies.
- Coordinate test data, environments, test cycles, and release readiness.
- Oversee functional, integration, system, and UAT testing phases.
- Validate UI user journeys, API contracts, and backend processing logic.
- Manage defect triage, prioritization, and cross-team resolution.
- Track and report quality metrics, risks, and release status to stakeholders.
- Drive environment and dependency readiness across upstream/downstream systems.
- Ensure seamless integration of testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to work Pacific Time business hours.
