Time & Labor Process Lead (Workbrain / Infor WFM)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Time & Labor Process Lead with deep expertise in Workbrain (Infor Workforce Management) to support enterprise clients through configuration, consulting, implementation, and ongoing production support.

This is a client-facing consulting role where you will serve as a trusted advisor, translating business requirements into scalable workforce management solutions while partnering closely with client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience configuring complex Time & Labor solutions within Workbrain, understands workforce management best practices, and has experience supporting large enterprise organizations. Experience with UKG Workforce Management (formerly Kronos) is highly preferred.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary functional consultant for assigned enterprise clients.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational and workforce management requirements.

  • Lead solution design sessions and recommend best practice Time & Labor configurations.

  • Configure and maintain Workbrain (Infor WFM) solutions, including:

    • Pay Rules

    • Accruals

    • Attendance Policies

    • Schedules

    • Labor Rules

    • Timekeeping configurations

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional system designs.

  • Assess solution feasibility, identify risks, and recommend appropriate approaches.

  • Support all phases of the implementation lifecycle, including:

    • Requirements gathering

    • Solution design

    • Configuration

    • Unit testing

    • System testing

    • Documentation

    • Deployment

    • Production support

  • Develop and execute test scenarios to validate new functionality and enhancements.

  • Create and maintain functional documentation, configuration guides, and process documentation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, payroll, HR, and client stakeholders.

  • Provide production support by troubleshooting complex Time & Labor issues and recommending long-term solutions.

  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting Workbrain (Infor Workforce Management).

  • Experience configuring enterprise Time & Labor solutions for large organizations.

  • Strong functional configuration experience with:

    • Pay Rules

    • Accruals

    • Attendance Policies

    • Timekeeping Rules

    • Scheduling

    • Labor Rules

  • Experience gathering business requirements and leading client workshops.

  • Experience supporting software implementations from design through production support.

  • Ability to troubleshoot complex Time & Labor issues and identify root causes.

  • Strong understanding of U.S. Time & Labor regulations, overtime rules, and payroll integration.

  • Excellent client-facing consulting and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with UKG Workforce Management (Dimensions or Pro WFM/Kronos).

  • Experience integrating Time & Labor systems with payroll or HRIS platforms.

  • Experience working in consulting or professional services.

  • Knowledge of Canadian Time & Labor regulations.

  • Experience supporting unionized workforces and collective bargaining agreements.

  • Experience working with global clients.

  • Previous mentoring or technical leadership experience.

  • UKG, Infor WFM, or other Workforce Management certifications.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Salary Pay Range

Minimum - Maximum:

$77,420.00 - $143,780.00
