Main Responsibilities
KOL Engagement
Orchestrate resources with the top 10–15% of assigned KOLs in alignment with cross-functional account plans
Identify, profile, cultivate, and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs within the dermatology community
Conduct substantial on-label business conversations focused on product, disease state, and company topics at appropriate venues
Execute unique, on-label, and approved KOL programming, including disease state education for fellowship programs
Serve as single point of contact to resolve KOL issues when directed by the DTLL and/or Headquarters
Assist with compliant KOL development, including speakers, using approved decks and materials
Executive Encounter Management
Plan and execute KOL engagements and executive encounters at local, regional, and national conferences, POAs, field engagements, and other venues in a compliant manner
Orchestrate KOL executive encounters and engagements across all relevant settings
Marketing Liaison
Collaborate with targeted KOLs to obtain feedback on dermatology franchise and brand-related marketing strategies or materials (all materials pre-approved by legal, compliance, and regulatory)
Provide feedback to commercial leadership on various topics as requested
Serve as single point of contact for high-volume speaker logistics and scheduling
Provide advisory board participant and speaker recommendations to marketing
Assist in execution of commercial contracts when requested
Execute and lead specific TLL initiatives to support brand strategy
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with ZBDs, RBDs, ABMs, and home office colleagues in Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, and Market Access
Collaborate with TLLs from the Alliance
Lead TLL projects and initiatives
About You
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
7+ years of experience in pharma/biotech experience
Proven experience in KOL engagement, thought leader marketing, or field-based strategy roles (TLL, MSL, Marketing)
Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills
Ability to operate strategically while executing with precision in a fast-paced environment
Executive presence and credibility with top-tier clinicians
Strategic thinking with strong business acumen
Cross-functional leadership capability
High emotional intelligence and adaptability
Deep understanding of compliance and regulatory boundaries
Valid driver's license required
Willingness to travel 60–70%
Must reside within assigned territory
Preferred Requirements:
Advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, PhD) preferred.
Significant exposure to dermatology or immunology.
Dermatology or biologic marketplace experience.
Strong understanding of the dermatology landscape, including atopic dermatitis and biologic therapies.

The salary range for this position is:
$146,250.00 - $211,250.00
