Territory Sales Representative (Washington)
Base Salary: $90,000 + Company Vehicle
Location: Washington State with regular travel to Mukilteo and Ferndale, WA offices
Travel: Up to 50%
About the Role
Join 3Wire Service part of the Unlimited Service Group, a leader in commercial kitchen, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment service. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will drive growth by building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting service solutions along with refrigeration, HVAC, and ice cream equipment sales.
This role offers the flexibility of remote work, balanced with in-person customer engagement and occasional visits to company locations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Develop and grow a defined territory through new business acquisition
Identify opportunities to sell refrigeration, HVAC and ice cream equipment
Build and maintain customer relationships through in-person visits, calls, and email
Recommend preventative maintenance and service solutions tailored to customer needs
Travel throughout the assigned territory efficiently (limited overnight travel)
Qualifications
Proven success in outside or service-based sales
