We need more closers-Join the team to grow a new territory!

Do you reside, or have you worked in the construction field in Cayuga, Tompkins, Wayne, Seneca, Yates, or Ontario County? This could be the role for you. We are looking for a candidate who lives within the territory and has knowledge of the area.

Responsibilities

The Territory Sales Leader will be responsible for:
• Managing day-to-day rental sales operations.
• Building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction.

This is a perfect blend of hunting and farming- with an emphasis on hunting.

Repeatable, business-to-business sales, with heavy commission rewards for growing/expanding the business. Commission percentage accelerates as you hit targets- no commission caps. We want you to win, and we will create a cross promotional marketing campaign to be featured in the territory to help you do so.

We will give you a path to success! If you accomplish our daily & weekly activities, you will succeed.

Qualifications
• If you need to be tightly managed, this job is not for you.

• Sales and Sales Operations skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently and remotely, but check in when needed.
• Experience in the heavy equipment or construction equipment industry is a plus, but not a requirement.
