Grow high-value referral networks in a collaborative, performance-driven organization
Every referral represents a real person navigating a complex healthcare journey - and your work helps make that journey more seamless and supported. What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
Own and execute a territory strategy targeting prescribers, infusion centers, specialty clinics, and hospital systems
Build and maintain strong referral partnerships with physicians, advanced practice providers, case managers, and discharge planners
Educate providers on LUX Infusion's specialty and home infusion offerings, including IG home-based and suite-based care
Communicate LUX's comprehensive support model, including insurance reimbursement support, patient onboarding, and care coordination
Collaborate closely with internal clinical, intake, and operations teams to support chronic and complex patient cases
Manage pipeline activity and referral growth using CRM tools, with a clear focus on quota attainment
Bring consistency, professionalism, and accountability to every provider interaction

You may be a great fit if you bring:
A Bachelor's degree or a minimum of five (5) years of relevant sales experience
At least three (3) years of documented B2B sales success, preferably in healthcare, medical device, or specialty pharmacy environments
A consistent, year-over-year record of sales performance and growth
Experience selling complex healthcare solutions such as infusion therapy, specialty biologics, DME, or home clinical services
Comfort thriving in a fast-paced, field-based role with significant face-to-face engagement
Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic selling skills
A patient-centered mindset focused on long-term provider partnerships
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience in infusion therapy, specialty biologics, oncology, neurology, gastroenterology, or immunology
Knowledge of third-party reimbursement, prior authorizations, and specialty pharmacy workflows
Experience working with EMRs, CRM platforms, and care coordination teams
Prior success launching or expanding a territory or supporting a growth-phase organization
