Full Job Description
Role Overview

This role leads technology projects and supports daily, employee-facing products and platforms. The role brings together project management, change management, communications, training, platform operations, and graphic and digital design to help teams deliver changes successfully and give employees a clear, consistent experience. Success in the role requires a strong understanding of AI technologies, including large language models, intelligent assistants, and workflow automation, and how they can be embedded into daily work to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Program & Project Management
  • Lead technology projects from planning through launch and ongoing support, including building project plans, tracking milestones and dependencies, managing risks and open items, and following work through to completion.
  • Coordinate work across Technology, business teams, support teams, vendors, and other partners to keep projects aligned and moving forward.
  • Plan and lead change management, training, and adoption activities, including assessing audience needs, delivering training sessions and demonstrations, and creating guides, FAQs, and self-service resources.
  • Develop clear, user-friendly communications for technology changes, launches, deadlines, outages, and required actions across email, presentations, internal sites, newsletters, articles, and alerts.
  • Prepare project updates and supporting materials that give stakeholders a clear view of progress, risks, decisions, and next steps.
  • Manage several projects and requests at the same time, adjusting priorities as business and technology needs change.


Product & Platform Ownership
  • Serve as the business and operational owner for assigned technology products and platforms, acting as the main point of contact between users, technical teams, support teams, and vendors.
  • Maintain platform governance, documentation, standards, and operating processes to ensure reliable operations and user experience.
  • Coordinate incident response and service issue resolution, including bringing together the appropriate teams, tracking issues, communicating updates, and following through on next steps.
  • Manage day-to-day vendor relationships, including support requests, planned upgrades, service issues, and other operational needs.
  • Monitor platform health, support trends, and user feedback to identify issues and help keep assigned applications stable and available.
  • Coordinate vendor-led upgrades and changes, communicate impacts to users and stakeholders, and make practical improvements when needs or issues are identified.


Graphic & Digital Design
  • Apply graphic and digital design expertise to support technology programs, communications, training, adoption initiatives, and employee engagement efforts.
  • Create presentations, infographics, newsletters, demo videos, user guides, event marketing materials, print and digital assets, and other employee-facing communication materials that support awareness, readiness, adoption, and ongoing engagement.
  • Translate complex or technical information into clear, visually engaging content that employees can quickly understand and act on.
  • Ensure materials align with company branding standards and maintain a consistent visual experience across platforms and communications.
  • Apply user-focused design principles and consider the needs, knowledge level, and goals of different audiences to improve the clarity, usability, and accessibility of internal content, resources, and digital experiences.
  • Provide design consultation and creative guidance for technology campaigns, product launches, training programs, and other initiatives.

Role Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management, technology communications, change management, digital workplace technologies, product or platform ownership, graphic design, or related areas.
  • Experience leading projects and coordinating work across multiple stakeholders, teams, and priorities.
  • Ability to develop and execute communications, training, adoption, and engagement strategies that help employees understand and effectively use technology solutions.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and approachable way.
  • Demonstrated success creating communications, training materials, user guides, presentations, and other employee-facing content.
  • Experience supporting technology products, platforms, vendors, or operational processes in a business-facing role.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Graphic and digital design expertise, including the creation of visual communications and user-focused content for a variety of audiences.
  • Experience working with AI technologies, including large language models, intelligent assistants, and automation tools, and applying them to improve workflows, content development, communications, analysis, and employee experiences.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications used for graphic design, video editing, and digital content creation.


PIMCO follows a total compensation approach when rewarding employees which includes a base salary and a discretionary bonus. Base salary is the fixed component of compensation that is determined by core job responsibilities, relevant experience, internal level, and market factors. The discretionary bonus is used to award performance and therefore is determined by company, business, team, and individual performance.

Salary Range: $ 87,000.00 - $ 93,000.00
