You Are:
Our MRS Senior Managers are accountable owners—not coordinators. We need leaders who can run complex, multi-tower managed services accounts end-to-end, shape the agentic operating model that replaces traditional AMS delivery, and build the client relationships that turn a run contract into a long-term reinvention partnership. This is not a generalist role. You will be expected to engage CIOs and technology executives with credibility, drive compounding delivery value, and actively contribute to the growth of Accenture’s MRS business.
The Work:
As a Technology Delivery Senior Manager—Managed Reinvention Services, you will:
Own end-to-end delivery accountability — hold full P&L and outcome responsibility across multi-tower managed services accounts spanning AMS, IMS, Security, and Data & AI, driving toward committed business and technology results.
Architect and operationalize AI-first delivery models — design and implement agentic operations frameworks using Accenture’s Reinvention.AI platform and GenWizard capabilities, progressing clients deliberately along the autonomy maturity curve from human-augmented (L2) toward full autonomous operations (L4/L5).
Reshape tech economics — shift client Run spend toward Reinvention capital by systematically driving cost takeout, technical debt reduction, and throughput gains—converting efficiency savings into funded transformation.
Lead the workforce transition to agentic operations — build and evolve delivery teams composed of AI agent fleets and human SREs, define new role frameworks for the agentic era, and establish the governance and escalation model for autonomous operations.
Build and expand senior client relationships — serve as the primary technology advisor to CIOs and senior IT leadership, translating delivery performance into reinvention value and expanding the engagement scope over time.
Drive continuous modernization within the run model — embed architecture simplification, platform modernization, and resilience engineering as standing deliverables within managed services—not as separate projects.
Shape and win MRS pursuits — bring delivery credibility and operating model depth to competitive bids, contributing to solution design, commercial structuring, and MRS value proposition development across the portfolio.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirement
Here’s What You Need:
Minimum of 8 years of technology delivery experience, including direct P&L ownership of large-scale application and/or infrastructure managed services accounts across complex, multi-tower environments
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience designing or operating AI-driven delivery models — including AIOps, agentic automation, GenAI-powered ITSM, or intelligent observability in production managed services contexts
Minimum of 8 years of demonstrated accountability for multi-tower delivery across three or more of the following: AMS, IMS, Security Operations, Data & AI, Cloud Engineering
Minimum of 8 years of Demonstrable experience with one or more of the following:
Designing and governing agentic or autonomous operations models (fleet orchestration, SRE frameworks, L1–L5 autonomy progression)
Outcome-based or autonomy-based commercial constructs (XLAs, shared savings, value-linked pricing)
Platform engineering, self-healing infrastructure, or AI-powered SDLC at enterprise scale
FinOps, tech value management, or run-to-reinvention capital reallocation
Minimum of 5 years of proven track record engaging CIOs, CTOs, and C-1 technology leaders on managed services strategy, operating model evolution, and transformation roadmaps
Minimum of 5 years of Industry ( CNR) and manufacturing expertise
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience
Bonus points if:
You have a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field
You have familiarity with Accenture’s Reinvention.AI platform, GenWizard, or comparable AI-native managed services platforms (e.g., ServiceNow AI, Dynatrace, PagerDuty AIOps)
You have Industry experience in Resources e.g., Energy, Utilities, Chemicals, or other asset-intensive sectors where tech economics transformation is a strategic CIO priority
You have experience shaping or contributing to large managed services pursuits, including RFP responses, operating model design, and commercial negotiations
You have strong command of managed services commercial constructs — T&M, fixed price, outcome-based, and autonomy-based pricing models; experience structuring and re-baselining contracts
