Position Description:

CGI is seeking a Technology Communications Lead to support executive communications and reporting for enterprise technology and cybersecurity initiatives within a large, highly regulated financial services environment.

This role will partner with cybersecurity, technology, operations, and program leadership to turn complex technical information into concise, business focused communications for senior executives. The ideal candidate combines strong executive writing and storytelling skills with advanced PowerPoint and data visualization capabilities and is comfortable working with AI, cybersecurity, cloud, and technology transformation subject matter.

This position is required in one of the following locations: Lafayette, LA, Knoxville, TN, Columbia, SC, Birmingham, AL

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Develop executive ready presentations, briefings, reports, talking points, and other communications for AI, cybersecurity, and technology initiatives.
. Translate technical updates, risks, dependencies, milestones, and program outcomes into clear messaging for executive and non-technical audiences.
. Create polished PowerPoint presentations, executive dashboards, process flows, timelines, conceptual graphics, and other visual communications.
. Support executive governance meetings, steering committees, operating reviews, and recurring reporting cycles.
. Work closely with cybersecurity, cloud, technology, operations, and program teams to gather information and identify the most important messages and insights.
. Develop clear narratives and communication frameworks that improve the consistency and effectiveness of executive reporting.
. Provide communications support for technology initiatives operating in AWS heavy cloud environments.
. Manage multiple deliverables and produce accurate, polished materials under tight deadlines.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. 5+ years of experience with executive communications and executive level reporting for technology, cybersecurity, or transformation programs.
. Excellent business writing, editing, storytelling, and information synthesis skills.
. Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills, including executive presentations and visually polished leadership materials.
. Strong data and information visualization skills, including executive dashboards, process flows, timelines, operating models, and conceptual graphics.
. Ability to translate complex cybersecurity, AI, cloud, and technology concepts into business focused messaging for senior leaders.
. Working knowledge of AWS/cloud environments and terminology; deep hands on AWS engineering experience is not required.
. Experience supporting enterprise technology programs in financial services, Fortune 500, or other highly regulated organizations.
. Comfortable working directly with senior executives, technical SMEs, cybersecurity teams, and program leadership.
. Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills in a fast paced, matrixed organization.
. Experience supporting governance forums, steering committees, operating reviews, or enterprise PMO reporting.
. Prior consulting experience or experience producing C suite/board level communications is strongly preferred.

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $97,300.00 $156,700.00.
