Full Job Description
The Technical Writer - Journeyman develops, edits, and manages comprehensive technical documentation in support of enterprise systems and programs. This role produces standardized materials such as user guides, SOPs, and online help to ensure clarity, consistency, and usability for technical and non-technical audiences.

The writer collaborates closely with engineers, subject matter experts, and program teams to translate complex concepts into clear, accessible content. They maintain documentation governance, style guides, and repositories while incorporating user feedback and compliance requirements such as accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write and edit technical documentation including user manuals, SOPs, system guides, and reports.
