Description

This role serves as a technical escalation resource responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex equipment failures that cannot be solved through standard troubleshooting methods. You'll work alongside customers, field teams, and engineering groups to restore equipment functionality and improve overall system reliability.

What You'll Do
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical, electronic, mechanical, optical, and software-related systems
  • Perform advanced root-cause analysis and equipment recovery efforts
  • Support equipment installations, upgrades, relocations, and modifications
  • Collaborate with engineering and product support teams to resolve escalated technical issues
  • Travel to customer sites throughout North America and internationally
  • Create technical reports, troubleshooting documentation, and corrective action plans
  • Deliver technical training and support continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education:

  • Strong hands-on troubleshooting and repair experience
  • Ability to diagnose failures at the component, subsystem, and system level
  • Experience reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
  • Background supporting complex electrical, electronic, electro-mechanical, automation, or industrial systems
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel approximately 40%

Preferred military backgrounds include:
  • Navy ET, FC, EM, STG, ETN, EMN, MMN
  • Air Force Avionics, Radar, AGE, Electronic Warfare
  • Army 94-Series Electronics Maintenance
  • Marine Corps Avionics and Electronics Maintenance

E5 and E6 military technicians with leadership or technical subject matter expertise are highly encouraged to apply.
