We are seeking a visionary and highly technical Technical Specialist - Business Intelligence to champion the evolution of our enterprise BI ecosystem With over a decade of proven expertise you will serve as the principal architect and strategic lead for our data visualization reporting and business intelligence solutions
In this role you will define BI technical standards architect highperformance data models govern platform security and mentor engineering teams You will bridge the gap between complex data infrastructures and executive leadership turning raw enterprise data into highly performant actionable business strategies

Core Responsibilities
1 BI Architecture Strategy Governance
Define the longterm technical roadmap architecture and governance standards for the global enterprise BI platform ecosystem

Architect robust scalable and highly performant semantic layers data marts and data models optimized specifically for complex analytical querying

Establish platform governance data lineage tracking and rigorous security access controls across all BI environments to ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations eg GDPR CCPA

2 Technical Leadership CrossFunctional Engineering
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert SME on BI tools guiding data engineers and warehouse architects on optimal data warehousing structures eg Star Schema Snowflake Schema

Solve complex performance bottlenecks by tuning heavy SQL queries optimizing dashboard render times and configuring servernode allocations

Collaborate closely with Data Engineering teams to optimize ETLELT pipelines ensuring efficient data processing from data lakes to presentation layers

3 Business Alignment Executive Advisory
Partner closely with executive business leaders product managers and operations heads to translate ambiguous business requirements into robust institutionalized analytical solutions

Design and oversee the deployment of executivelevel dashboards and highimpact predictive analytics capabilities

Evangelize a data driven culture across the organization fostering selfservice BI capabilities while maintaining core platform integrity
