Shift: 7x7, 12 hours per day

Relocation: This position does not offer relocation. Candidate must be currently located in Fort McMurray.
Key Job Responsibilities- Support equipment builds, commissioning, repairs, and follow-up service
- Provide on-site technical support across all product lines
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
- Maintain accurate customer and equipment records
- Coordinate field issues with product support to resolve recurring or critical problems
- Perform adjustments, repairs, and component replacements at customer sites
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
Qualifications/Requirements- Red Seal Electrical Journeyperson certification
- 1-3 years related experience, including troubleshooting mining equipment
- Strong understanding of shovels, drills, loaders, PLCs, and digital drives
- Proven ability to diagnose high-voltage electrical and control system issues
- Experience with equipment testing, commissioning, and outdoor field repairs
- Strong customer service, communication, and documentation skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic control systems (Rockwell, ABB, Siemens
