Technical RecruiterLocation: Remote (United States-based)
Position SummaryThe Technical Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of technical positions across infrastructure, cloud, networking, systems administration, cybersecurity, data center operations, and professional services. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Source passive and active technical candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, networking, social media, and other sourcing platforms.
- Recruit for a wide variety of IT positions, including Systems Administrators, Network Engineers, Cloud Engineers, VMware Engineers, Data Center Technicians, Infrastructure Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Cybersecurity professionals, and related technical roles.
- Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate technical qualifications, communication skills, and overall fit.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve sourcing strategies.
- Stay current on technology hiring trends and market conditions.
Requirements- 5-10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (flexible for the right candidate).
- Experience recruiting for IT or technology positions.
- Proven success sourcing passive technical talent.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience recruiting for IT consulting, managed services, or technology consulting organizations.
- Experience using Workable ATS.
- Experience with Indeed Resume, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Experience recruiting Infrastructure, Cloud, VMware, Data Center, Networking, Cybersecurity, or Federal IT professionals.
- Familiarity with technologies such as VMware, Windows/Linux, networking, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), storage, virtualization, and enterprise infrastructure.
